A monster calls (2016)**' (this I liked, coping with death as a child is a difficult thing to pull off in a movie, this interpretation is one of the more valid ones)
Manchester by the sea (2016)**' (another movie about death as children, this time showing you don't have to be a child for it to mess you up)
Silence (2016)** (I'm not much in religious movies, mostly as they come off hypocritical, as this one did at time, but from a purely human point of view, this was a good watch)
