Journey to China the mystery of iron mask (2019)- (Was expecting the pro-China stance, wasn't expecting the pro-Russian stance too - so this movie was just bad on all fronts, acting, story, premise, CGI, pacing, lip-syncing (!), everything. They clearly had the money to bring in famous actors for about 10 minutes - should have spent that on making the movie better - it was like they film three movies separately and just glued it together. But I guess it doesn't matter if it was well received in China and made all the money.)

Palm springs (2020)*' (Not a bad rom-com, mostly it was about the whole Groundhog day thing - although like a lot of rom-coms, things get sorted in the last 2 minutes, with her suddenly realising that she loves him.)

Japan sinks s01e01-10*' (This got a lot of hate - it wasn't that bad. Some big pacing and constant animation issues, also the music was just weird given the tone of what was happening. I think the biggest problem was the unbelievable reactions to people dying - that and question why people were dying given so many other options.)

This was bad, so many bad plot holes, chase scenes and tech (he made a directional mic using a phone and laser pointer! how? where's the receiver?), gets a half star for some of the fight scenes)

Jojo's bizarre adventure s01e01-26** (Been watching some crap recently, wanted something purposeful. Heard a lot about this - this was not what I expected. Its the most anime, anime I've seen. Extra dramatic, everyone is screaming, starts of as a period piece and gets super crazy. Not disappointed, will be watching this for a while.)

Jojo's bizarre adventure s02e01-16*' (I watched some dubbed clips after the subbed version, the voice acting in that was not great, such bad English accents which they end up losing in this season - the dub is too American - stick with the Japanese sub version, something is lost in translation.)

The office US s09e01-23*' (Its like a watered down version of the UK version - it works as there's about 25 episodes per season. Its weird in that everyone is a bad person, which I guess is meant to be a reflection normal people, but the way that everyone just gets on with each other and gets resolved by the end of the episode is such a early 2000s TV thing to do. The other jarring thing is that people's personality changes at the drop of the a hat (Ryan, Andy, Amber, etc). It should have ended a series before Michael left, but I can see how it's the TV equivalent of comfort junk food).

The Mandolorian s01e01-08**' (The critics panned this - did I say 'rare' situation the critics were wrong. Its not their fault really, every news outlet seems to think they have to have critics - this has led to devaluing the profession, which means every outlet can 'afford' someone to do critiquing, which means they do it badly as they are under stupid deadlines that must come out before all other outlets, as so they watch 10mins of the first couple of episodes and 30mins of the last one. This is a problem with the gaming industry, as publishers put so much effort into the first hour or so of each game, and is just mediocre after.)
